Chicken & Pork or Beef Bones (Optional)

HOW TO COOK IT (8 servings)

Blanch chicken and pork/beef bones (optional) in boiling water for 5 min. Discard water, and rinse meats to rid of fat and impurities. Rinse herbs under room temp water. In a pot, put in 15 cups of water, blanched meats, and one vacuum pack of herbs. Bring to boil over high heat then lower heat and let gently simmer for about 2 hrs or more resulting in 8 cups of soup. Add extra water if you wish to extend the simmering time. Salt to taste. Simply skim off the fat and serve.

Consume one cup of soup for 8 days
