Indication: Spleen Yang deficiency with symptoms such as fatigue, apathy, lack of mental clarity or focus, loose stools, edema, muscle flaccidity, and joint stiffness, pain, and muscle ache made worse with cold.

Applications: Use for massage of the Spleen and Stomach channels, or instill into hot bath. Apply a few drops to a cotton ball and keep in a ziplock bag. Open and inhale to avoid fatigue and poor focus through the day.
